Tape (“we”) runs a waitlist at readthetapex.com for an upcoming paper-trading terminal. Here, plainly, is what we do with what you give us.
What we collect
Only the email address you submit to join the waitlist. No names, no payment details, no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Tape opens to beta testers, and occasionally about the product. Nothing else.
How it’s stored
Your email lives in a private database (Neon/Postgres) used only for the waitlist. We never sell, rent, or share it. If email is enabled, delivery is handled by Resend acting only on our behalf.
Your choices
Want your email removed, or a copy of what we hold? Email hello@readthetapex.com and we’ll handle it promptly.
Children
Tape isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
